Dr. Ing. Diego Gachet Paéz is associate at Computer Science Faculty at UEM from 1996, he has a PhD degree in Telecommunications Engineering (Technical University of Madrid), a MSc in Computer Science and a MBA business administration. Diego Gachet has participated in some European R&D projects as PANORAMA (Perception and Navigation Organization for Autonomous Mobile Applications) and Brite Euram PSYCHO (Powerful System Identification and Control Of Highly Non Linear Process. He also participated in national funding R&D projects as ISIS, SINAMED and MAVIR. From 1996 to 2000 he founded and running ControlSoft S.A. a firm specialized in the analysis and design of real time software for automation industry. Now, his R&D areas include ambient intelligent systems for health applications and intelligent information retrieval.
